Re-opened in December 2020, Allegro Bakery & Sandwich Shop is Now 100% Plant- Based!

We employ traditional techniques, making all of our breads and pastries from scratch. Lots of rolling pins and hands at work, shaping loaves and forming pastries.

We use all Organic flour, and our own sourdough starter for all of our breads. The remainder of our ingredients are FREE of artificial preservatives, colors, and flavors.
